Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF) have a mission to provide sustainable financial and client-response developmental services to the poor. NWTF been working with us (as Net-Works) since 2013 as a local implementing partner running the net collection hubs in the Bantayan Island Group, northern Cebu, and in Negros Occidental.
